How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
- Delivery times may be subject to carrier delays.
- Processing for hair extension orders take 3-5 business days not including the day you order or Sundays.
- During the holidays processing on orders may be extended.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

Standard Shipping: 2-4 Business Days $6.99
Priority Shipping: 1-2 Business Days $9.99
Pick Up: Free
Can I make changes to my order?
- Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered after 30 minutes once payment is complete. If you have any concerns with your order please email us.
Do you offer refunds?
- There are no refunds on Single Hair Extension orders.
- Once packages are dropped off at UPS, we no longer have control, please contact UPS for further details once you receive tracking number.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
